Technology sector office insights and trends | SHB

Technology

The UK tech industry is continuing to grow at a rapid pace, now closing the gap on Silicon Valley with 91 UK Unicorns (businesses valued at £1bn). Many of these vibrant tech companies are choosing to base themselves in East London, around Old Street Roundabout, now affectionately known in the industry as Silicon Roundabout. The tech industry’s significant (and quick) growth makes flexible workspace options extremely popular amongst this industry. We have worked with many tech businesses helping them expand in office space as needed.
