Our History
2012
SHB10 was established from a local café, eventually growing enough to move into serviced offices
2018
SHB10 completed its first deal outside of the capital. We have since completed projects in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
2018
SHB10 outgrew their office space and acquired 14 Newburgh Street.
2018
SHB10 rebranded and became SHB Real Estate
2018
SHB started ‘The Bigger Bash’ – the annual property cricketing event hosted at The Kia Oval. It now attracts over 450 guests
2019
SHB Real Estate grew to 10 employees
2022
SHB Real Estate moved to 14 Floral Street and is now a team of 23 strong
