Directly at the gateway to the 67-acre King’s Cross Central development, The existing Stanley Building has ben refurbished, which is a small listed building (last example of one of the first examples of social housing in London) and then had a new building wrapped around it to create a new 30,000 sq. ft. office building.

Studio Downie Architects worked with Wells Mackereth to create space for a range of office sizes, meeting rooms, event spaces and co-working spaces. The building also features a green roof terrace, rainwater harvesting, PV panels, CHP heating and a proper lighting strategy (sensors, low energy etc.).
