This building was originally constructed in 1913 for Smiths Industries. They made the first ever Speedometers for the motor car so we have some industrial heritage with the building, albeit much of it has been destroyed over the years. Still, architects Stiff & Trevillion worked hard to pull some of that character back.
The space features a combination of industrial/contemporary style mixed with vintage/modern furniture and lighting. The overall feel is light and young with a hint of this building’s history. There’s a roof top perfect for events, parties and barbeques offices, meeting rooms and lounge space galore.
