We’re proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the Transformation Through Technology Award in the 2025 UK Business Tech Awards, recognising our commitment to redefining commercial real estate through purpose-built technology, innovation, and measurable impact.
This recognition marks a major milestone in our journey to build a better, smarter, and more responsive occupier-focussed property service. Over the last five years, we’ve invested in designing and launching five proprietary platforms that tackle real challenges faced by occupiers. From fragmented lease tracking and missed opportunities to the lack of real-time insights and more informed decision-making.
With innovation driven from within, our technology team, led by our Director of Technology, has created custom tools that not only support our surveyors and operations teams but also actively enhance the services we deliver to clients. One such platform, now a standalone product, is already supporting portfolio managers across the UK, including the nation’s largest charity, to save time, reduce costs, and gain full control of lease events.
More than just systems, our tech enables cross-functional transformation. From automating previously manual processes, to delivering predictive insights on occupier movement and real-time commute data, our tools empower better, faster decision-making across the board.
