By solving critical industry pain points such as inefficiencies in lease tracking, missed market opportunities, and disjointed data flows, the firm’s technology has delivered significant client outcomes:

- → 28.77% increase in opportunities per client account in the last year
- → Averted a £300,000 missed lease liability for one client through its lease management platform
One of these platforms is now offered as a standalone product, including an occupier lease management system already adopted by national organisations. One more is planned for launch later in 2025.
