We provided a two stage approach to our dilapidations guidance, over the course of 6 months. Firstly, we provided an initial assessment of the Tenant’s dilapidations to allow them to better understand and plan for an eventual claim from the Landlord. Following the Landlord’s claim which was over £300k we were engaged to negotiate the claim on behalf the Tenant.
