We were instructed to source and negotiate a new office acquisition on behalf of The Climate Group. At the time, they were situated in County Hall, SE1 so were looking to stay within close proximity of the area. The Climate Group were seeking 6,000 – 7,000 sq ft that was cost effective against their current rent on a conventional lease basis.
However, after much consideration, we negotiated on their current lease at County Hall giving them more flexibility to search for serviced opportunities when the market dipped again.
