We were instructed to dispose of 1,500 sq ft surplus space within Biogen’s portfolio as a result of the acquisition of another company. We managed to find a tenant who wanted a longer lease at market level which allowed us to fully surrender our clients lease back to the landlord, thus, eradicating the full liability.
