Babble Cloud initially instructed us to manage and advise their lease renewal at Bury House, Bury Street, London, EC3. We were then further instructed to take on their Birmingham office requirement. They were looking to acquire approximately 20 desks close to the City Centre and after negotiations, we secured a six-month contract with Orega. Once this contract had ended, Babble Cloud moved to another service provider and signed a longer term contract.
We were originally asked to manage Babble Cloud’s lease renewal in London, which led to us also finding them a 20 desk office in Birmingham.
