We were instructed to assist with providing a more efficient space consisting of 7,000 to 9,000 sq ft in the most efficient time and within budget. Originally located in Hoxton and split over two floors, LoopUp were looking for a newly refurbished space offering an industrial style, creative space on one floor.
We found LoopUp space in the iconic Tea Building In Shoreditch over one floor. We achieved an above market rent free package and rental reduction across the term.
