SHB were referred to Nockolds by a client of Nockolds and SHB were retained to find alternative space for them near Liverpool Street as their existing building with the City of London was going to be redeveloped.
SHB showed them several options near to their existing location and after entertaining a number of offers, acquired 3,000 sqft of space in 35 Great St Helen’s in the shadows of 22 Bishopsgate on a 5-year lease with a 3rd year break.
Nockolds were required to carry out a fit out of the space, so SHB were able to achieve a significant rent-free package to compensate for the need for fit out and overall saved Nockolds over £200,000 across the term.
