We have supported over 900 companies in finding, optimising, or exchanging commercial properties since 2012. Our surveyors bring decades of experience in delivering strategic solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and investors.
Our team includes chartered surveyors, client success specialists, building consultants, rates experts, property managers, technology specialists and marketing professionals. Our proprietary systems and market intelligence, delivered through four bespoke platforms, provide our specialist advisors with a unique and competitive view of market movements, enabling them to advise clients on valuable opportunities.

Our History
2012
SHB10 was established to find great companies their ideal workspaces. It later transitioned from a cafe into serviced offices.
2018
SHB10 completed its first deal outside of the capital. We have since completed projects in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
2018
SHB10 outgrew their office space and acquired 14 Newburgh Street, rebranding to SHB Real Estate later that year.
2019
SHB started investing in technology, which has grown into a team of 6 data scientists, computer programmers, and developers to deliver 5 in-house tech products. Our clients' unique competitive advantage.
2022
SHB Group founded a sister company, Pattrn Furniture Consulting & Procurement. Bringing decades of industry knowledge and helping clients streamline office updates, fit-out projects and move-ins, Pattrn works within each timeframe to exceed expectations and deliver on budget.
2025
SHB launches sister company, Papilio Property Management, to reinvent how commercial property management is facilitated. Transparent, timely communication and apps enable all parties to view the status of their properties, driving growth and providing value.
2025
Now 27 team members strong, we deliver best-in-class property advice powered by technology. 2025 will also mark the launch of our first standalone tech product, enabling occupiers to manage their commercial leases more efficiently and proactively.
