SHB won a competitive tender against 5 other surveying firms, all of which were large corporate companies, in assisting Oxfam with their lease expiry, Stay vs. Go analysis, building surveying and workplace consultancy. During successful consultancy in the early stages of the main project, we were invited and instructed to advise on all real estate matters across the country. The 18-20 month programme has involved technical consultancy across all surveying items, key stakeholder management and board presentations, programme management, financial modelling (OPEX and CAPEX) and building surveying consultancy.
SHB is also in discussions with Oxfam over SHB’s Corporate Real Estate database TERA which allows occupiers to proactively manage their portfolio of properties, alerting them to lease expiries and breaks, extensive reporting functions and customisation along with the ability to integrate with other platforms that occupiers use.
