We were instructed by International Registries in 2019 to advise on a stay vs’s go. They had been in their building at 42 Moorgate for over 10 years and were split across two floors, which was not an efficient use of space.
We advised International Registries to reduce the size of their office footprint and to focus on an open plan office space on one floor instead. This had a dual positive outcome of reducing financial outgoings as well as increasing the efficiency of the space they were using.
We negotiated favourable terms at 80 Cannon Street on a 10-year lease with a 5th-year break. We also advised International Registries on the dilapidation’s liability held in their previous building.
