As a fast growing recruitment company, Granite has been going from strength to strength but they required a professional approach to controlling the commercial piece of the puzzle. With budget and location being conflicting drivers, we looked at numerous City and London Bridge options and settled on an off market opportunity on Birchin Court in EC3 for circa. 5,500 sq. ft. We have worked with them on multiple projects.
After the success of this acquisition in 2018, we were bought on to assist Granite in the disposal of Birchin Court, which was done quickly and efficiently via an off market transaction to another occupier in the building.
