Cluff Natural Resources (now Deltic Energy) have been a long-standing client of ours and we have worked on a number of different projects together, most recently their move to Waterloo Road.
We were able to secure a 5-year lease with a tenant only 3rd year break and a 6 month rent free period on commencement of the lease.
