Do you have to be good with technology to use TERA?

Not at all. TERA is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, no matter your level of tech experience. You don’t need specialist training or IT knowledge—if you can use everyday software like email or spreadsheets, you’ll be comfortable with TERA. The system guides you step by step, with clear dashboards and simple navigation, so you can focus on managing your property portfolio rather than worrying about technology.

To make it even easier, we provide full onboarding and training when you get started, along with ongoing support for as long as you need it. Our team is always available to answer questions, guide you through new features, and ensure you’re getting the most value from TERA every day.


Can I use TERA across multiple devices?

Absolutely. TERA is cloud-based and designed to work seamlessly across desktops, laptops  and tablets. That means you can access your portfolio anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re at your desk, on-site, or working remotely. All you need is an internet connection. Your data stays synced in real-time across every device, so you’re always working with the most up-to-date information.


Do I need a minimum number of leases to sign up for TERA?

There’s no strict minimum, but we find TERA delivers the best value when you’re managing 10 or more leases. If you’re planning to expand, it can still be a smart move to get your processes embedded early. By starting now, you’ll avoid the hassle of switching systems later and ensure TERA grows seamlessly alongside your portfolio.


Does TERA connect with other systems?

Absolutely. TERA is built with an open API, which means it can connect with almost any other system that also has an API. This allows your property data to flow freely between platforms in a two-way sync—so information stays consistent and up to date everywhere you need it.

We already work quickly with popular tools like Salesforce, Outlook, and other widely used finance, communication, and reporting systems. If you have a specific platform in mind, just let our team know. We’ll go through your requirements during onboarding and make sure TERA is set up to work smoothly with your existing tech stack.


How long does integration usually take?

In many cases, integration with standard platforms like Salesforce or Outlook can be completed very quickly. For more complex or bespoke systems, it may take a little longer, but our team will guide you through the process. We’ll cover timelines during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.


What if my system doesn’t have an API?

If your current platform doesn’t offer an API, don’t worry—there are often workarounds. In some cases, we can use third-party connectors or import/export features to make sure your data still moves across smoothly. We’ll review your setup and find the best approach.


Will integrations work both ways?

Yes. TERA is designed for two-way syncing, so data can move in and out of your systems without duplication. This means updates in TERA can feed into your other platforms—and updates in those systems can flow back into TERA.


Which systems does TERA work best with?

TERA can integrate with a wide range of tools, but we’ve found it works especially well with:

Who handles the integration setup?

Does TERA offer facilities management?

Not at this time. We’ve intentionally kept TERA focused on lease and portfolio management, based on client feedback. However, through our open API, you can seamlessly connect TERA with other facilities management systems if you need more detailed tracking. This way, you get the best of both worlds—TERA’s flexibility and visibility, combined with the specialist tools you already use. And because TERA is designed to evolve, if client demand shifts in the future, our roadmap can adapt to include new features


Does TERA have an app?

Not at this time. Right now, all notifications are delivered through email and the TERA portal. TERA is fully mobile-responsive, so you can access everything you need from your phone or tablet browser without any extra setup. As soon as possible, we plan to release a dedicated app with SMS notifications, giving you even more flexibility in how you manage your portfolio.
