We’re Changing!

Today we are announcing a major rebrand as we embrace our rapid growth and ten-year anniversary with a fresh new look and new premises. We have rebranded to better reflect you as our customers and our three core pillars (Real Insight, Real People and Real Advantage), which define our purpose, where SHB is headed and how we deliver maximum advantage to our clients.

We pride ourselves on our ethos of uniting years of commercial real estate experience with today’s smartest tech. Understanding current market trends and changes in demand are the drivers behind our success.

Simon Blair, CEO says, “As SHB turns ten this year and continues to grow at rapid speed it seems fitting to rebrand, refocus, and solidify our company ethos; Real Insight, Real People, and delivering our clients a Real Advantage. This is a commercial real estate firm embracing technology and utilising it to put our clients ahead of the fierce London competition.

We’re a progressive, commercially minded organisation and our new branding will greater reflect our purpose.”

SHB Real Estate was founded in 2012 and rebranded from SHB10 to SHB Real Estate in April 2018. In 2021 we grew from 13 to 20 people, with further growth plans for this year. In April 2022 we will be expanding into new offices of 2,600 sq ft on Floral Street, Covent Garden.

We specialise in advising tenants and landlords on the best real estate options for them. If you’d like to hear more about how we could help you, get in touch and one of our expert commercial surveyors will be able to assist.
