Description

The Territory Account Manager role will take full ownership of a designated geographical territory across London. You will oversee the development of occupier services business across managed, serviced and conventional commercial office leasing, driving surveyor lead meetings and client management in your territory.

You will act as the expert of your assigned region—managing existing client relationships, re-engaging past clients, handling long-term deal lifecycles (ranging from fast-turnaround flex spaces to multi-year conventional lease horizons) and generating new strategic business opportunities.

Responsibilities include

● Territory Ownership: Build, manage, and execute a strategic growth plan for your
assigned geographical region, understanding its key commercial properties, tenant
profiles, and local market dynamics.
● Full-Lifecycle Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to
arrange meetings for our surveying team to navigate renewal and break-clause windows (from 9-month flex-space check-ins to 2–5 year conventional lease cycles).
● Targeted Business Development: Profile and re-engage lapsed accounts and identify
target companies within your territory using structured, data-led outreach.
● Meeting Management: Book qualified client meetings and oversee pre-meeting
engagement to ensure attendance and high conversion rates.
● Modern Sales Tech Integration: Leverage advanced sales technology to execute
intelligent, structured contact sequences.
● Inbound & Partner Channel Execution: Directly handle inbound opportunities and
partner referrals routed directly to your assigned territory.

What we’re looking for

Commercial Acumen & Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in
business development, account management, or B2B sales with a track record of
handling multi-touch, consultative sales processes.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to map out a geographic market, analyse client data, and
maintain long-term relationships over extended deal lifecycles.

High Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written presentation skills to engage
confidently with business leaders and senior stakeholders.

Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated to manage a defined territory end-to-end with
minimal supervision while contributing positively to the team culture.

Adaptability: Comfortable using modern sales intelligence tools and adopting structured multi-channel cadences.
