What you’ll do
• Engage prospects over the phone, qualify opportunities, and book meetings
• Manage and follow up warm leads with your own pipeline
• Support and mentor Business Development Executives, setting the standard for call activity and conversion
• Work closely with the surveying team to ensure seamless handovers
• Track and report activity against agreed targets, providing insight to leadership
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in a phone-based sales role
• Commercial real estate or related sectors preferred
• Track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Confident, resilient and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Tech-minded and comfortable with CRM-driven processes
• Able to balance hands-on calling with pipeline strategy and team support
