Description
We’re expanding our teams at SHB Real Estate Group and seeking a hands-on group marketing coordinator. SHB is a commercial property company offering tailored solutions across four brands in advisory, management, SaaS and furniture procurement. Since 2012, we’ve partnered with over 900 companies to acquire, optimise or exchange their commercial properties.
Based in Covent Garden, we have a great team of chartered surveyors, client success specialists, building consultants, property managers, data analysts and system developers. Leveraging proprietary systems and market intelligence, our group provides clients with a competitive edge to uncover opportunities and maximise their real estate investments. Our mission is to empower businesses with the best property advice to enhance operations, increase employee satisfaction and optimise their workspace strategies.
The group marketing coordinator will:
– Manage and deliver the group-wide marketing content calendar
– Assist with the execution of social media across the group companies
– Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring consistent processes and delivery
– Organise video production workflows, repurposing video into short-form content
– Use design and project management tools to manage day-to-day workflows
– Track and optimise our campaign performance
– Maintain central brand assets and support teams to keep all deliverables on brand
What we’re looking for

- – 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, content coordination or campaign execution
- – Good familiarity of digital marketing tools, CRM systems and digital platforms is advantageous
- – Experience managing multiple stakeholders or brands
- – Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools
- – Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- – Ability to brief, manage, and QC creative freelancers or agencies
- – A keen eye for design and keeping all our brand assets in-line
